Q: How can I search for items that are my size?
A: To search for items that are a specific size, simply type your size in the search bar ranging from "x-small" to x-large" and all items that size will appear. For specific sizing measurements, check the description for each item.
Q: How do I order on your website?
A: Simply find the product you want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and I'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!
Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. I pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order by email. You may also visit the website at any time and click on our Order Status page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact me immediately and I will do all I can to investigate.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Please allow at least 2-3 business days to prepare, process, and package your item(s). I provide shipping through the USPS. I ship out of Cerritos, California. For special order or shipping requests please contact me at info@newstylgic.com.
Q: How much will shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your item(s). An estimated shipping cost will appear at checkout. I currently offer free shipping for orders over $50 using the code: FREESHIP! Jewelry will automatically ship for free!
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: I do not ship internationally right now. I hope to in the future, so stay tuned!
Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: Yes! I use Shopify to run our site which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant and meets all 6 categories of PCI standards. I do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Q: How do I cancel or change my order?
A: If you want to cancel or change your order, please contact me at info@newstylgic.com as soon as possible. Cancellations or changes must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
Q: What condition will my item come in?
A: Due to previous use and age, especially with older vintage items, some can come with imperfections. I try my best to have items come in the best possible condition by repairing rips, stains, holes, etc. before you buy it. If these repairs are not possible or would make the condition of an item worse, I do our best to write it in the description. Q: How is my order packaged?
A: Environmental impact is important to me and something I consider when shipping your item(s). Orders are shipped in reusable, recyclable, and/or compostable material, avoiding plastic packaging.
Q: Do you offer returns and refunds?
A: Yes, I offer returns and refunds. To issue a return, contact me at info@newstylgic.com and let me know the reason for the return. Returns must be issued within 15 days after delivery and a refund will be released once we have accepted the returned item. Jewelry items cannot be returned and are final sale.
