ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow at least 1-3 business days of the date of purchase.  I will contact you if this processing time is delayed for any reason. 

Any order changes or cancellations must be initiated within 24 hours of the purchase time by contacting us at info@newstylgic.com

SHIPPING RATES

All domestic orders are shipped using USPS. Our current shipping rate options are based on the the current USPS services that are offered and will be shown during checkout.

I offer free shipping to orders over $50 using the code: FREESHIP! 

Jewelry items will automatically ship for free!

I currently do not ship internationally. 

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is my priority. In the event that any of our items do not meet your expectations, I offer returns unless the item is stated "final sale".To initiate a return, contact me at info@newstylgic.com stating the reason you would like to return an item. 

Returns must be initiated within 14 days after delivery and shipped within 5 days after return approval. I will provide you with an already addressed return label and return instructions. Please be advised that all returned items must be complete and in their original condition  (unused, unaltered, and with its original tags, if any). A refund will be issued once the returned order has been received and approved. Please allow 2 weeks from the date that I receive your return for the refund request to be processed. NOTE that you will be refunded the full amount of the GARMENT(S), not including your original shipping fee.

Newstylgic is not responsible for items damaged in the wash or during wear, or for items lost or damaged during shipping. 

I reserve the right to deny refunds for any returned item that does not comply with this policy.
